are available to service LED signs after hours. That's
why we've committed ourselves to servicing everything
we sell. Replacement LED signs are available for immediate

Product
Warranty Service (Effective
November 2005) |

ENTECH
warranties our Indoor LED Signs 2 year's parts and labor.
Products are to be returned to ENTECH at customer's expense.
ENTECH determines if the best option is repair or replacement
of the defective product. Customer agrees to pay return
freight, materials, and labor required if product is out
of original warranty period. Our Outdoor LED Signs parts
are guarantee for 5 years, not including labor. ENTECH
is not liable for damage due to improper installation
or usage of LED displays. Acts of God, neglect, or abuse
of products will automatically void product warranty. |

What
is an LED? |
| |
An
(LED) or Light Emitting Diode is a tiny chip or “die”
that is reflected onto a lens by a metal reflector to
produce extreme light in many different colors. |

is a Pixel? |
| |
A
pixel is a group of 4 to 12 LED lamps clustered together
to form words and numbers. |

What
is a Signs Pitch? |
| |
The
distance from the center of one pixel to the center of
the next adjacent pixel is called "Center to Center
Spacing" or "Pitch". |

What
size sign do I need? |
| |
This
depends on a number of things including, viewing distance,
speed of viewers and how many messages you want to get
across at any given time. A general rule of thumb is that
each 1” of text can be seen 40 feet away at around
30 MPH. |

Can
your signs be programmed using a computer? |
| |
Definitely,
all of ENTECH’s displays can be controlled using
our custom software along with an array of programming
methods including, wireless, LAN, phone modem, and hardwire. |

Do
I have to install my sign myself? |
| |
Of
course not; ENTECH signs are a full service sign shop
capable of “Turn-Key” installations, hardware
setup, and software training. With outstanding technical
phone support and a 2-5 year warranty ENTECH makes your
sign investment really work for you. |
